Anyone can benefit tremendously from true detoxification regardless of their current state of health. Children, adults and seniors alike - doesn’t matter what age one is. From the health-enthusiast to the sedentary to the sickly, to the athlete, and anyone in between.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women will, however, need to practice caution in how they approach the cleansing process.
In this times of vast environmental pollution (from toxins, bio and petrochemicals & varying levels of harmful electromagnetic radiation, etc.) and declining food quality due to impoverished soil (from excess monoculture farming and the agricultural chemical compounds and biological agents used), making one’s health top priority is mandatory for maintaining and sustaining health and well-being.
Although people tend to take action on improving their wellness when conditions are alarmingly serious, such as chronic and degenerative conditions, a lot of money, time can be saved and suffering avoided if one started to make changes in the earlier stages of dis-ease such as:

Yes you absolutely can! There are things you can already start implementing on your own to create positive shifts in your well-being. It can be as simple as taking walks outdoors to get fresh air, sun and a little bit (or a lot) of Nature depending on where you live. You can choose to start decreasing the amount of mucus-forming food such as dairy and animal products, processed sugars and grains. You can start to develop a simple meditation practice and start taking more deep breaths throughout the day. These are just some of the things you can start off with to get your momentum going towards a healthier lifestyle.
For deeper healing and especially if this is your first time, having a guide by your side every step of the way can make the journey more streamlined and efficient. Your questions and concerns can be addressed more privately and quickly when you decide to invest in a professional who can help tailor your health protocols as well as be a support when you go through some challenging moments.
That said, it is still possible to start on your own and experience positive changes in your health. I did! I did it for a year on my own, and to be honest, I could have achieved some more results faster with a lot less guesswork and time researching if I hired a a specialist to guide me. The first step to getting started is moving to an 80-100% Living Foods Diet! Your body needs the living enzymes in fresh fruits and vegetables in order to start healing itself. Don’t underestimate the power of wholesome living foods. It can and will work wonders in your life. Then, little by little, add whatever herbal formulas you can afford, according to whatever issues you are addressing. For example, a three day fresh grape juice fast will speed up your level of detoxification. If you are determined and committed, try doing a 100% raw living food diet and see the amazing results in your health unfold.

The results are like none other - boundless energy, feeling of life pulsing from within, a deep sense of inner peace and happiness. One heals on multiple consciousness levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It gets you out of the loop of relying on isolates such as supplements to reach a state of your highest well-being. There is no definite answer because every person’s journey is unique.
Here’s what one needs to take into consideration:
-Personal vision of health and what desired goals to achieve
-Attitude (important!)
-Current state of health and genetic strengths and weaknesses
-Level of stress, adequate rest and undisturbed sleep
-Level of discipline/commitment to the diet protocols
-Surgically removed organs and lymph glands
-Use of toxic personal care products, cleaning detergents and pharmaceutical medications
-Environment
-Emotional and mental state
-Professional guidance and support
In reality, true detoxification is not something that can be done temporarily and be able to sustain optimum health for the long term. Yes, when one does the work one will feel tremendously better and experience deep results, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that once the person heals, they can go back to how they used to eat and live life. The path of detoxification is a lifestyle path in which one learns how to heal oneself and how to reach the best health and vitality. It’s the path of Mastering one’s own physical vehicle, and that will require one to make readjustments, changes and releases of old habits as the development of newer beneficial ones are created and rooted.
So depending on the factors above, the length of time one needs in detoxification varies form person to person. From my own experience with myself and working with others and my teachers, a person experiencing minor health issues such as small aches and pains, minor headaches, frequent fatigue, brain fog, minor acne breakouts, high blood pressure, etc. may see tremendous improvements anywhere between three to six months. More severe and chronic health conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, migraines, chronic fatigue, sharp decline of mental acuity, cystic acne, toxic mold exposure, heavy metals, low blood pressure, diabetes, etc will, in most instances, take much longer to heal as some of these issues are deeply rooted. Bottom line - when one does the work, one will experience true healing.

Technically you can because nobody is stopping you from doing what you want. But by the time you clean your body deep enough, you will know for yourself what foods resonate health and what foods make you feel not so great. The ones that won’t resonate with you will manifest as gas and bloating, headaches, nausea etc. Your body will clearly give you the messages of what gives you life and energy and what brings you down. You might not feel it right away because your body has built up strength and resilience, but soon enough you’ll feel the effects of food that’s destructive to the human body. This is part of the work everyone encounters that touches on our psyche, engrained beliefs, emotions etc. Going through this experience will build wisdom and trust in oneself and gradually will create new favorite go-to foods that are more aligned with Life.

The body has no need for protein, and is not even able to utilize and absorb protein. It’s really amino acids that the body needs, which is the essential building blocks of our cells. All amino acids are in fruits and vegetables. A diet constituted of fresh fruits, tender leafy greens, some sea vegetables, sprouts and medicinal herbs, will easily satisfy and provide the amino acids that the body needs to build the necessary structures. Proteins are actually foreign to the human body, and leaves an acid ash which breaks down the human body and cause dis-ease.
Excess protein is very acidic and damages the kidneys and causes acid plaque to form and stagnation to occur. This happens to vegans and vegetarians too as the vegetarian and vegan diet is full of legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, tofu etc. not to mention improper food combining.

° A protein structure is not usable by the body and must be broken down to amino acids. This requires energy instead of giving energy. So first and every time you get energy loss.
° Uric Acid is created in the break down of proteins which cause gout, inflammatory issues, and stimulates nerve responses which create hyperactivity in tissues.
° Protein is high in phosphorus, and in large amounts depletes electrolytes and calcium from the body.
° Proteins are acidic and lowers the PH of the body, this causes inflammation, and tissue damage, ultimately leading to death of tissue.
° Proteins are not fuel for the body. But when you do high protein trying to lose weight, you also cause severe damage to liver, pancreas, and kidneys.
° In those with adrenal weaknesses, high protein causes the liver to create an abundance of cholesterol, which then plaques all of the body, but concentrates in the vascular system, liver and kidneys. Stones will form in the liver and gallbladder.
° Animal proteins putrify in the body which causes body odor. Putrifaction causes toxins in the intestines and tissues BOTH interstitially and intercellularly. This terrain allows for parasites to grow. The acidity creates inflammation which blocks cellular respiration, eventually causing cellular death.
° Our species is not made to consume high amounts of protein, nor is it physiologically sound.
° High protein diets contain excessive amounts of epinephrine (adrenaline) which create agression, anger and adrenal fatigue. If you aren't expressing this anger and aggression it is stored in your liver.
° Meat is proven to cause intestinal cancer. The cesspool of putrifaction that builds up in the lymphatic system is potentially and probably the starting cause of lymphomas.
° Meat-eating societies have a shorter lifespan. For example northern Canada and Alaska is approximately 50 years.
° Meat is nothing more than dead or dying cells.
° Meat stimulates, irritates and inflames the sexual organs, especially the prostate gland and leads to prostatitis.
° Today's animal meats contain growth hormones, antibiotics, herbicides, nuclear wastes, pesticides, high levels of nuclear waste, high levels of adrenaline, and other toxic chemicals from air and ground pollution which accumulate in the human body.
° High protein lowers manganese levels resulting in spasms, convulsions, nuerostramitter and neuromuscular problems, Parkinson's and Lou Gehrigs Disease.
° Meat is full of dead blood cells (hemogloabin) which are full of iron. Iron consumed in abundance is toxic, especially non plant iron. Iron toxicity decreases chromium (needed for insulin transportation), decreases zinc (needed in insulin and energy production), damages liver, pancreatic and kidney tissue, lowers calcium, increases sodium levels (creates edema), and increases nitrogen and phosphorus levels (creates acidosis).
° High protein diet causes dizziness, equilibrium and spastic conditions by decreasing manganese levels.
° High blood pressure from sodium retention and lipids coagulation.
° Meat eating with vitamin C supplementation enhances iron absorbtion, thereby magnifying iron toxicity.
° Meat eating is also known to be one of the chief causes and most direct cause of tooth decay.

Excessive thinness/malabsorption can be a big problem for some people. But it is still a diet of raw fruits and vegetables with the addition of astringent and tissue-specific herbs that it will take to address the root causes of the problem. One may or may not lose more weight, but when you think about, if there’s toxins and excess waste to be eliminated, then initially there will be a level of weight loss because the body is eliminating those wastes. But once that passage is over, one can start to rebuild on a stronger foundation of clean cells. You wouldn’t want to add new materials on top of old Onnes when remodeling a house. This applies to our bodies. Elimination is key to true healing.

All sugar is NOT the same.
Every cell in the body requires sugar. Sugar = carbon. That is why we call foods high in sugar carbo-hy-drates (carbon chain constituents). Carbon is essential, UP OVER fats and proteins (amino acids).
Each cell must have:
-sufficient oxygen and fructose/glucose to convert the simple sugar into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) (pure ENERGY for the life processes of the cell) through aerobic oxidation, and..
-a delicately balanced distribution of sodium (NOT salt) and potassium in and around the cells which must be maintained at all times.
Fruits contain magnetic electrical energy and is the highest of all foods, making them superior brain and nerve foods. They will bring energy to the body, where most other foods take it away.
Fruits, berries and melons are the optimal cleansers and scrubbers of the body's lymphatic system. Fruits are higher in antioxidants and astringents and will move your lymphatic system far better than vegetables.
Fruits, also being a simple sugar, are superior for diabetics, pancreatitis, hepatitis, and all other gastric and intestinal conditions. Fructose is not broken down into glucose. It absorbs directly into the bloodstream ready to be used. Fructose does not require insulin or extensive digestive enzymes. It needs no conversion.
Bread, potatoes, pasta and flours are complex carbohydrates: long chains of carbon that leave behind “sugar leftovers” because the body is unable to metabolize these structures properly. The body breaks down a few of the sugar bonds quickly creating a huge spike in blood sugar and the remaining undigested complex sugars ferment, feeding candida and other parasites. These are complex, long chain sugars: simply too much sugar.
Starches require insulin to enter a cell, whereas a simple sugar does not. Fruit is a simple sugar. Simple sugars enter your cells by diffusion.
The body is not meant for complex sugars (starches), complex carbohydrates, processed foods full of chemicals, toxins, refined and processed sugars (like corn syrup, which in no way resembles a simple sugar). It has been so processed and concentrated it is poison and unrecognizable to the body.
Simplicity in digestion and absorption is key. Simple sugars such as fructose and glucose found in fresh, raw, ripe fruits, berries, melons, greens and vegetables are what the body requires if it is to thrive.

Glandulars are raw, desiccated animal glandular and non-glandular tissues or extracts of these tissues. These tissues are normally dried and ground-up, and then encapsulated. Glandulars are most often derived from bovine (cow).
Glandulars are needed in the presence of very chronic and degenerative tissues and helps to rebuild and “wake up” these tissues more quickly than herbs can. Glandulars are some of the few powerful tools we have at our disposal to work with. If one decides not to use glandular, that’s ok. Healing can still take place without it. It just serves as a helpful boost.
Glandulars work within the “like heals like” homeopathic principle. They supply the raw cells which allegedly contain the DNA material and various other constituents resulting in a rebuilding and tonifying effect on the respective gland(s) (or organs). Again, herbs will achieve the same effect, but just a bit slower.
I highly recommend consulting with a detox specialist before taking glandular so you know which are the right ones for you at any given sequence and dosage amount.
